ISFMT's Forensics Focus
Our certified and experienced personnel utilize numerous top tools of the forensics trade including software, hardware, capture and image tools concurrently with specialized forensics and e-discovery techniques. The ISFMT team possesses a background of years of past experience, the knowledge, and “real-world” skills required to identify, track, and prosecute a cyber-criminal, by identifying, collecting, documenting, storing, preserving, and analyzing evidence.
The ISFMT team has extensive experience and expertise in computer, network, mobile phone device, and virtualized environment forensics, including, but not limited to:
- Evidence preservation, collection, analysis, and delivery
- Real-time investigation and analysis in an operational environment (e.g., on a production network during an incident)
- Root-cause identification
- Malware/Crime-ware detection and analysis, including, but not limited to, reverse engineering
- Determination of the full extent of incidents
- Documentation, including, but not limited to, chain-of-custody
- Criminal and civil investigative requirements and evidentiary procedures

- Providing litigation support services
- Serving as expert witnesses, including, but not limited to, testimony in court and for disciplinary proceedings
- Detailed expertise and experience with various Forensics Case Management Toolsets including EnCase, Access Data, Paraben and other forensic toolsets
- Dealing with cyber attacks, phishing attacks, and other malicious/criminal activity involving computers and/or individuals, both from within and outside the United States
